PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control lever device capable of obtaining sure operability from a control lever by simultaneously operating a single control level in three axial directions. SOLUTION: In a control lever device (100, 200) for driving a plurality of actuators including actuators for traveling back and forth based on an output signal corresponding to the manipulated variables of a control lever (110) capable of performing a tilting operation and a rotating operation, a control lever (110, 220) is provided with a rotation operating part (120) mounted so as to be rotated for generating a control signal corresponding to the angle of the rotating operation, and for outputting the control signal to the actuator other than the actuator for traveling back and forth and a tilting position holding means (190, 290) for holding at least the tilting position at the time of releasing the lever operation for traveling. Thus, even when an operator releases his hand from the control lever (110) in the middle of the tilting operation for traveling of the control lever (110), the tilting position is held by the tilting position holding means (190, 290). Therefore, the operator can concentrate on the other lever operation.
