PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting machine constituted such that it mounts a tray, where a plurality of subjects are mounted and housed, on a stage provided with a heater, heats the subjects on the tray with the heater, and mounts the parts carried by a head on the heated subjects, in which the tray is made to contact the stage without causing warpage so as to heat a group of the subjects evenly. SOLUTION: Tray pressing member 12 that presses a tray 10 against a stage 3 is provided, and a plurality of protrusions 14 that are made to contact and press the tray at small areas are provided on the bottom surface of the tray pressing member 12.
