PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording body having a high image stability. SOLUTION: In a heat-sensitive recording body providing a heat-sensitive coloring layer mainly containing a colorless basic dye and an organic developer developing color through the reaction with this colorless basic dye, this heat- sensitive coloring layer contains 0.01-0.9 pts. of a polyurea compound as a stabilizer to one pt. of the developer and 0.01-2 pts. of sulfonamide to one pt. of a sulfonamide compound represented by the formula, in which Z represents a 1-6C lower alkyl group or an electron-withdrawing group and (n) represents an integer from 0 through 2.
