PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operating state of a general public line telephone set in matching with an operating state of a destination in the case of using a PHS terminal connecting to the general public line telephone set. SOLUTION: The terminal is a general public line telephone set that is used by being connected to an earphone jack of a PHS(personal handy phone system) terminal used for a PHS. The terminal is provided with a VOX circuit 7 to detect an incoming consecutive state of a bell tone signal when an incoming signal comes to the PHS terminal. Thus, the user can recognize it immediately even when an opposite party interrupts its speech on the way. |
