PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure best supercharging pressure for torque by arranging a pre-control device for calculating a pre-control pulse duty factor capable of supplying pre-control pulse to an action passage on a graduated scale through a countable element, according to change of a target value demanded by not less than one of operating parameter of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A pre-control device 5 is arranged in a control system, and a pre-control pulse duty factor TVVO is generated on a graduated scale regardless of a control device and a regulating device 3 in an action passage 1. An output side of the pre-control device 5 is connected to the action passage 1 through a countable element 12 just before a control zone. Finally, a pulse duty factor TVEND for supplying a pulse to the control zone, namely to a supercharger final stage 7, is additionally formed from the pre-control pulse duty factor TVVO and the outlet pulse duty factor TVB of a restricting device 6. It is thus possible to rapidly ensure supercharging pressure in an unstable operating condition of an internal combustion engine with respect to control having regulation of supercharging pressure or low-ranking regulation. |
