摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation that the trailing edge of paper carried to an ejection part from the end of an intermediate tray in a paper carrying direction is involved by a paper receiver and the paper is torn or an equipment is damaged by setting the paper ejecting speed of an ejection means higher than the paper carrying speed by a carrying means. SOLUTION: An endless belt 58 travels at specified traveling speed, so that the paper receiver 7 is moved, the paper P is carried in the X direction of the intermediate tray 6, and the leading edge of the paper P in the carrying direction is grasped by an ejection roller 9. The paper ejecting speed by the roller 9 is set to be higher than the traveling speed (paper carrying speed) of the belt 58, and a speed difference between the paper ejecting speed and the traveling speed is set based on the length in the carrying direction of the paper and the projecting amount of the paper receiver 7 from the tray 6. Namely, the ejecting speed by the roller 9 is set to be higher than the traveling speed of the belt 58 by the specified speed difference based on the minimum length in the paper carrying direction and the projecting amount of the paper receiver 7.</p>
