A number of control units and/or control unit functions associated with TV monitors (2) for the video game system are combined into a single master unit (30), each monitor being coupled to its respective control unit via a signal-transferring link (31). A first activation signal initiated by the video game system from a chosen monitor is transferrable via the link being used by the current monitor to its respective control unit within the master unit. Depending on the first activation signal the master unit is used to transfer image and/or sound information associated with a chosen video game via the link. During the game itself further activation signals are initiated for chosen and/or activated functions associated with the game, and are likewise transferrable by the link. |
