PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burrs from being generated on an interface between a main body slide core and an injector slide dare by preventing the main body slide core from being oscillated. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a process for arranging an insert 4 for constituting one end of a main body part 1-1 of a delivery pipe on a molded surface for forming one end of the main body part 1-1 of the delivery pipe 1 in a molded die 6 and having a recessed part 4-1 capable of being fitted to the end of a main body slide core 2 on the surface facing the main body slide core 2, a process for arranging the main body slide core 2 in the molded die and fitting the end to the recessed part 4-1 of the insert 4, a process for arranging an injector slide core 5, and a process for integrating resin 10 with the insert 4 after filling the resin 10 in a space part in the mold in a state where the end of the main body slide core 2 is fitted to the insert 4. |
