PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of addressing while avoiding the prolongation of a required time. Simultaneously with the impression of voltages Pax, Pay and Pa to the cell of the row of i-th selection priority, the voltages Pax, Pay and Pa for generating priming discharging are impressed to a pair of electrodes of (i+2)th row or following row.
