PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a webby adhesive material intended for stabilizing bonding operation and simplifying bonding process, having highly water-resistant adhesivity, capable of giving formed products with stable quality, and also having no adverse effects on the environment and human body. SOLUTION: This webby adhesive material is obtained using a slurry which is prepared by adding one or more kinds of fiber with aδ-value of 10-24 selected from organic polymeric compound fibers, glass fiber, ceramic fiber and carbon fiber to an aqueous solution essentially containing 1-10 wt.% PEG with a molecular weight of 200-1,000, 2-10 wt.% of a water-soluble polymeric compound bearing two or more carboxyl groups in one molecule and 20-45 wt.% of a polymeric compound with aδ-value of 7.9-9.5.
