PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system, an image forming method and a storage medium that are all capable of detecting, beforehand, images that will possibly cause a miss in later stitching processes. SOLUTION: This image forming method stores stapling positions according to the type of stapling including corner, double and single stapling (S103 to S105), stores the size of pre-scanned images (S108 to S110), and determines whether the image region overlaps a binding margin taken for the stapling process (S111 and S112). On detecting that the image region will overlap the binding margin, the image forming method displays the images on the monitor and also changes the display color of staples to red or other colors or frickers them to thus warn of stapling misses. The storage medium serves to store therein the programs used to execute this image forming method. |
