PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely separate each piece from taping part set, by providing a mount cut blade so that it can freely travel from the left/right of a mount in the direction of the mount, forming a guide member in one piece with the mount cutting blade, and at the same time providing the guide member on the downstream side from the mount cutting blade. SOLUTION: Mount cutting blades 6 and 7 are provided at the left and right of the tip side of a carrier path 5 for carrying taping parts 1, lead terminal cutting blades 8 and 9 and elastic plates 10 and 11 as a guide member are integrally mounted on the downstream side of the left/right mount cutting blades 6 and 7. More specifically, the lead terminal cutting blades 8 and 9 are arranged horizontally on the upper surface of the mount cutting blades 6 and 7, and the elastic plates 10 and 11 are provided at the lower portion of the lead terminal cutting blades 8 and 9, thus calibrating the position of the tip side of the taping part set 1 being carried from the carrier path 5 with the guiding member, then cutting the taping part set 1 using the mount cutting blades 6 and 7, and hence securing separating the taping part set 1 into each piece. |
