摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a medical device structure to have strength properties like a copolymer by setting the glass transition temperature of the inside part of the whole of a string structural body at a temperature to enable a coil to expand under a heating condition at the deployment temperature and to be resistant against bending at an ordinary temperature of a cavity part in a body. SOLUTION: A coil stent 10 has thickness T around an axis 14 and is formed by winding a string structure comprising an inside part 20 and an outside part 22. Suck coil stent 10 is inserted into a cavity part in the body and moved to a placing position in the cavity part in the body, and the outside part 22 is heated up to the deployment temperature over the melting point of the outside part 22 to melt the outside part 22 to expand in the radial direction until the outside diameter comes to be almost equal to the inside diameter of the cavity part in the body. By the expanded diameter of the outside part 22, a part is melted together at the temperature of the cavity part in the body so as to increase the unspecified shearing force applied in parallel to the longitudinal axis and the resistance force of the coil against pressing force applied in the lateral direction.</p>
