<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put paint, even through being high in viscosity, in a container without allowing the paint to stick to the inner wall and to make the container reusable by a method wherein the inner face is mirror-finished by buffing. SOLUTION: The surface at the inner face of a large-sized paint container 1 is mirror-finished. The degree of this mirror finish is such that is finished by buffing with a rotary buff with fineness exceeding #400. In this large-sized paint container 1, paint does not stick to the inner face when the liquid of the paint moves from a position indicated with an arrow A to a position indicated with an arrow B because of the mirror finish at the inner face. Therefore, refilling of the paint or filling of different kind of paint can be made without cleaning or with simple cleaning applied. With the inner face of the large-sized paint container made up in mirror finish, a container that is suitably used not only for paint in low viscosity but also for paint in high viscosity for instance in viscosity of about 40 poise without allowing the paint to stick to the inside can be obtained.</p> |
