PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to simply set setting of channel conditions and categories on a menu for a current program table and a program table for a prescribed period. SOLUTION: The program contents display device is provided with a display means with a screen 4A and a selection means that selects a current program table PP that indicates titles of programs broadcast at present in program data by means of a broadcast wave or a program table WP for a prescribed period that indicates titles of programs scheduled to be broadcast for a prescribed period in the program data and displays the selected table on the screen 4A of the display means in a way that each menu of the current program table PP(program table WP for a prescribed period) has a channel condition setting section 83(183) to sort channels and a category setting section 84(184) to sort category of programs.
