PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the interrupt and restoration of supply, while considering the fluctuations of the period for signals such as clock signals having periodicity. SOLUTION: In this signal interruption/restoration detection circuit provided with an interrupt detection means 101 for detecting an interrupt state where the input of the signals of a monitoring object is stopped and a restoration detection means 102 for detecting the restoration point of time at which the input of the signals of the monitoring object is restored to be normal, the restoration detection means 102 is provided with a period discriminating means 111 for discriminating whether or not the period of the signals of the monitoring object is within a prescribed range corresponding to the input restart of the signals of the monitoring object, a holding means 112 for holding the discriminated results for the plural periods by the period discriminating means 111 as history information and a discriminating means 113 for discriminating whether or not the input state of the signals of the monitoring object has been completely restored, based on the history information. |
