PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve capable of correctly regulate the outlet flow rate. SOLUTION: A valve 1 is provided with an inlet passage 4 to communicate with a container and an outlet passage 10, a means 9 to position the outlet passage 10 so as to communicate with the inlet passage 4 according to an action command, a first elastic returning means 16 to urge the valve 1 to the closing position, and a regulator means 13 having a second elastic returning means 14 which is a regulating means to regulate the outlet flow rate of a product and provides a set pressure to the regulating means, in a valve body 2. The second elastic returning means 14 is arranged in a division part 12 of the valve body 2 separated from the product, and the pressure in the division part 12 is set to be equal to the atmospheric pressure. |
