PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound useful for, e.g. treatment of seasonal emotional disturbance, dysgryphia, cardiovascular disease, asomnia and fatigue resulting from jet lag, anorexia, and adiposis. SOLUTION: This compound is shown by formula I [A and B rings, when combined with each other, forms (1,2-dihydro)naphthalene, tetrahydronaphthalene or the like; T is a 1-6C alkylene chain which may be substituted by a 1-6C alkyl, OH or the like; R is H, OH or the like; G1 is COOH, formyl, cyano or the like; and G2 is shown by formula II (X is O or S; R2 is H or a 1-6C alkyl; R21 is a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, (substituted) heteroaryl or the like) or the like] (enantiomer, diastereoisomer or addition salt) e.g. N-[2-(7-methoxy-3- phenyl-1-naphthyl)ethyl]acetamide. The compound shown by formula I can be obtained by, e.g. reacting a compound shown by formula III (G3 is COOH or NH-R2 ) with a compound shown by formula IV to produce a compound shown by formula V, and reacting the product compound with a sulfiding reagent. |
