PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of effectively carrying out the stirring and flowing of grains at a site in contact with especially the inner wall surface of a grain tank when vertically stirring and flowing the grains filled in the grain tank in a grain drying device or a grain storage device. SOLUTION: A supporting machine casing 6 is tilted at a prescribed angleθto the shaft center line of a guide shaft (a) in the direction of the revolution and rotation of the guide shaft (a) and suspended through a tilt supporting device 8 on a guide rail 12 and the lower end side of a vertical auger 7 supported on the supporting machine casing 6 is brought near to the inner wall surface of the grain tank 1 in the apparatus for stirring grains in the grain tank 1 obtained by supporting and installing the guide shaft (a) revolving and rotating with the nearly shaft center part of the grain tank 1 as the center in the ceiling part in the grain tank 1, fixing the position of a supporting machine casing 6 at the outer end of the guide shaft (a) so as to be freely rotatable relatively to the guide shaft (a), installing the supporting machine casing 6 and supporting the vertical auger 7 on the supporting machine casing 6 so that the vertical auger 7 is operated with a motor assembled in the supporting machine casing 6.
