PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a microwave circuit unit with a semiconductor element from a thunder current by providing a circuit where a low-impedance line, whose one end is grounded is connected in parallel with the connection point between a specific wavelength high-impedance line and a capacitor between an antenna radiating element and a microwave circuit unit. SOLUTION: A 1/4 wavelength low-impedance line 16 becomes a short stub, and a reception signal is transmitted to a first capacitor 14 and the amplitude and phase are changed by such semiconductor element as an amplifier and a phase shifter by a microwave circuit unit 15 that is connected to the capacitor 14, and an electrical signal 18 is outputted from the microwave circuit unit. Then, when a radiation element 11 is struck by lightning, a lightning current passes through a pad for connecting radiation elements and is transmitted to a quarter-wavelength high-impedance line pattern, thus burning and blowing out a high-impedance line pattern with a thin pattern width. The lightning current flows through the quarter-wavelength low-impedance line pattern, a ground pattern for grounding, and a via hole and is discharged to a grounded conductor. |
