PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet having blocking resistance improved without causing the deterioration of the adhesive function and useful as an adhesive sheet for labels, etc., by disposing a heat-sensitive adhesive layer containing a specific plasticizer and a specified thermoplastic resin on a support. SOLUTION: This heat-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained by disposing (B) a heat-sensitive adhesive layer comprising (B1 ) a solid plasticizer having a melting point of >=70 deg.C for example, a hindered phenolic compound such as triethyleneglycolbis[3-(3-t-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)propionate] or a triazole compound such as 2-[5'-(1",1",2",3"-tetramethylbutyl)-2'- hydroxyphenyl]benzotriazole} and (B2 ) a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of <=0 deg.C (for example, a copolymer containing an acrylate ester as a monomer component) on one surface of (A) a support.
