PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proof supporting device for enhancing the durability of a supporting elastic body even if the supporting elastic body has excess compression due to the input of a heavy load. SOLUTION: A supporting elastic body 32 is intervened on an engine side. The supporting elastic body is coupled to an intermediate sleeve 36 in which the shaft center faces in the vibrator-supporting direction and a small-diameter sleeve part 36c is formed at part in the axial direction. An orifice-constituting member 37 is coupled to the inside of the small-diameter sleeve part. The part facing the supporting elastic body of the orifice-constituting member has a configuration having a small-area annular upper flat part 37a extended in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction from the inside of the small- diameter sleeve part, a declined part 37b continued to the inside from the upper flat part 37a and formed with a downward declined surface gradually spaced apart from the supporting elastic body as advanced toward shaft center, and an extended part 37e provided so that the declined part 37b may be extended toward the shaft center. The boundary C between the upper flat part and the declined part are formed with roundness.
