PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive transfer laminated film optimum to acceleration of a printer and a film thinning of an ink ribbon. SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive transfer laminate film comprising a coating layer formed by coating at least one side surface of a polyester film before an orientation crystallization is completed with a coating liquid containing a water soluble or water dispersible organic polymer compound, then drying, orienting and heat treating it and having a total thickness of 1.0 to 0.7 μm; a thickness unevenness of the film in an arbitrary zone of 5 m length in a longitudinal direction is 15% or less, and a fixing force of the coating layer is 100 gf/125 mm or less.
