PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of an acoustic component capable of reducing the number of components, easily mounting the acoustic component to a case and improving work efficiency and a holder used for it. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a holder 4, in which a sounder fitting part 4a to be fitted to a sounder 5 mounted to a substrate 3, so as to cover it and a loudspeaker fitting part 4c to be fitted and positioned to a speaker 6 so as to cover it are formed integrally. Also, the sounder fitting part 4a is provided with a sounder guiding part 4b for forming a sound path to the ringer hole 1b of a front case 1 and guiding call termination sound generated from the fitted sounder 5. Also, the speaker fitting part 4c is provided with a speaker guiding part 4d for forming the sound path to the ringer hole 1b of the front case 1 and guiding reception sound generated from the fitted speaker 6. |
