FIELD: devices for burning powdered fuel; dust concentrators. SUBSTANCE: dust concentrator has cylindrical housing with cover ; housing has hole for discharge of concentrated aeromixture; splitter with bladed swirler fitted on it and exhaust branch pipe are mounted coaxially. Circular diaphragm with cylindrical ferrule secured on it is mounted in upper portion of cylindrical housing. Concentrated aeromixture discharge hole is divided by diaphragm into two parts; lower edge of this hole is covered by ferrule and lower end of exhaust branch pipe is introduced inside ferrule at overlap. EFFECT: reduced entrainment of dust by low-concentrated flow due to double-stage separation of aeromixture flow; reduced space for forming vortex counter flow. 1 dwg |
