METHOD OF RECOVERY OF VANE FEATHER LENGTH OF GAS-TURBINE ENGINE

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: side edges of vane end face are treated mechanically. Vane is installed and fixed in appliance. Wire is placed along middle line of vane end face and secured thereon by contact welding. Preliminarily wire is bent along middle line of vane end face. To avoid overburning of feather edges, wire length exceeds vane feather width by value of at least three diameters of wire. Wire diameter is larger than maximum width of vane end face. Paste-like solder is applied on side surfaces of vane and wire. Prepared vane is heated in vacuum chamber up to melting temperature of paste-like solder. Thus metals are soldered. Fused vane is subjected to mechanical treatment till required geometric sizes are obtained. EFFECT: improved quality of fusing. 3 cl, 2 dwg
