PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to reduce power consumption and prevent a non-discharge caused due to disconnection of transparent electrode, by removing parts of protrusion transparent electrodes and arranging connecting portions for connecting adjacent protrusion transparent electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel comprises transparent electrodes formed in discharge cells such that the transparent electrodes are opposed with each other; protrusion transparent electrodes(114C,116C) protruded respective transparent electrodes into trapezoidal shapes having predetermined angles and further protruded into square shapes; connecting portions(114D,116D) formed inwardly from ends of the protrusion transparent electrodes so as to connect side surfaces of ends of the protrusion transparent electrodes of adjacent discharge cells; barrier ribs(126) for separating the adjacent discharge cells; and metal electrodes formed on the transparent electrodes. |
