PACKING DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF SEALED PACKS CONTAINING LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS FROM PACKING MATERIAL IN FORM OF TUBE

FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed packing device is used to produce sealed packs from tube made of packing material and filled-in with food product. Device has first and second chain conveyors provided with number of clamps and number of counter-clamps. Clamps and counter-clamps engage with tube clamping it for thermal welding in cross sections by induction heating members on clamps. Clamps and counter-clamps are directed along corresponding working paths by pair of followers of different profiles to control interaction of clamps and counter-clamps with packing material tube. Packing device ensures accurate control of travel of clamps and counter-clamps, thus providing optimum engagement of clamps and counter-clamps with packing material without excessive pressure and dynamic stress.
