FIELD: alcohol production. SUBSTANCE: starch-containing stock is ground for preparing aqueous suspension, which is thermally treated and saccharificated. Resultant wort is cooled, fermented, and distilled. According to invention, above- mentioned aqueous suspension is dispersed at 60-65 C on rotor-pulsation apparatus in stator-rotor gap at speed gradients from <EMI ID=0.596 HE=6 WI=15 TI=CHI> to <EMI ID=0.597 HE=6 WI=15 TI=CHI> n/s m.
