SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of N-(3-amino- -propyl)-N-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-2-carboxamide of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.530 HE=39 WI=54 TI=CHI> where R<SB>1</SB> - hydrogen, halogen atom, methyl or alkoxy-group; <EMI ID=0.531 HE=6 WI=3 TI=CHI> - hydrogen, halogen atom; <EMI ID=0.532 HE=6 WI=3 TI=CHI> - H or methoxy-group; R<SB>3</SB> is C<SB>1-3</SB>-alkyl; R<SB>4</SB> is 2,3-dihydro-1H- -indene-2-yl, 2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-1-yl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro- -naphthalene-1-yl or R<SB>3</SB>,R<SB>4</SB> in common with nitrogen atom form 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolyl, 6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetra- -hydroisoquinolyl (other values see in p. 1 of the invention claim) as a base or salt, the pure isomer or a mixture of isomers which show an anti-ischemic activity.
