<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a noise margin with respect to a power source noise or the like larger by changing over circuit threshold values of a sense amplifier in a verifying time and a normal reading time to set the data detecting reference at the time of a verfication more strictly. SOLUTION: In a CMOS inverter circuit for data detection 63, bisected P- channel MOS transistors P4, P5 and an N-channel MOS transistor N4 are connected in series and a switching MOS transistor 8a is insertingly connected in between the source of P5 of outside in P4, P5 and a power source node 9. Then, the detection output S of a high voltage detecting circuit is applied to the gate of the transistor 8a. Consequently, circuit threshold values of the inverter circuit 63 are changed over in the normal reading time and the verifying time to set the data detecting reference at the time of the vertification more strictly.</p> |
