FIELD: electronic commutation system. SUBSTANCE: device has upper- level processor for generation of commands for querying PCM channel allocation and PCM data transmission. Multiple lower- level channels generate PCM data through respective channels which are allocated according to command of upper-level processor. Data combination circuit combines PCM data of lower-level processors to PCM channel data which correspond to said channels. Connection circuit provides transmission of PCM channel data.
