SUBSTANCE: cement and dust collector includes non-regulating device mounted on smoke stack for partial shutting-off of flow of dust-laden air. Mounted on this device are: branch pipe made in form of screened cone and covered with cylindrical screened cap, four-sided frame opening with screened sheets secured on inner and outer sides and hood protecting against weather.
