FIELD: medicine, more specifically, devices for stimulation of skin active points. SUBSTANCE: device has body accommodating successively connected: power supply source, generator, pulse shaper with regulation of pulse duration, regulator of heat pulse current, and thermocouple. The latter is sin form of chip transistor. Temperature limiter is cut in between base and emitter. Output of temperature limiter is connected, either to the second input of pulse shaper, or to the second input of heat pulse current regulator. EFFECT: reduced sluggishness of thermocouple and higher efficiency of device. 4 dwg |
