<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the development of the fermentation odor when concd. org. matter is fermented and digested by preventing the discharge of lignin as a phenolic polymer and using the extraction residue of a coffee bean as a microorganism carrier. CONSTITUTION:The extraction residue 3 of a coffee bean is filled as a microorganism carrier in a fermenter 1 provided with an air port 5a and an agitator 4. The org. matter is supplied into the fermenter, the org. matter and carrier are mixed by the agitator 4, air is continuously supplied from the air port 5a, and the org. matter is aerobically fermented at a high temp. and decomposed.</p> |
