<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate hand work so as to rationalize the work by receiving an automobile seat, fed in a step-piled condition, stopped by a stopper, and correcting the seat into a normal condition by a seat backing fixture and a liftable seat supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:When a point end of the preceding seat of the seats 7a, 7b, conveyed by a conveyer 1, is brought into contact with a stopper 13, conveyers 1a, 1b are stopped with a little delay, next to move a seat supporting plate 16 or the like from a standby position to an action position. That is, a seat supporting plate 16a is raised to a rising limit position by a cylinder unit 29 to lift up the seats 7a, 7b to the upper from a seat supporting surface of the conveyer 1, thereafter to lower down a seat backing fixture 14 to a lowering limit position by a cylinder unit 27, then advanced to move by a rodless cylinder unit 23, and the seat in a delay position of the seats 7a, 7b on the seat supporting plate 16a is pushed by the seat backing fixture 14 and corrected to a normal step-piled condition.</p> |
