FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engine fuel injection devices. SUBSTANCE: spray tip has hollow body with conical seat mating with well communicating with nozzle orifices. Spray tip has needle provided with shutoff cone and throttling cone. Fuel volume reducer, for instance, ball, is placed in well to decrease volume of underneedle space. Ball placed in well provided 1.5-2-fold reduction of flow capacity ??f of spray tips with worn out nozzle orifices and beneficially influences quality of fuel atomizing. EFFECT: improved ecological and economy characteristics of spray tips, reduced labour input in restoration of flow capacity of spray tips with worn out nozzle orifices. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
