FIELD: medicine; applicable in capacity of bandage in rendering first aid in cases of penetrating wounds of chest-open pneumothorax. SUBSTANCE: device has liner of airtight material with fastening members. Liner is to be pressed to wound hole. Fastening members are made in form of belt with lock and screw clamp having working platform. If in transportation of patient, symptoms of wound seal failure are detected, liner is pressed to wound soft tissues by means of screw clamp to increase area of contact. As a result, reliable sealing of wound is ensured in transportation of patient. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
