The invention concerns an electronic device for data radio transmission comprising a high frequency transmitter-receiver circuit (1) and digital (5) or analog (6) input-output interface means. The device is made in the form of an integrated electronic component (7) and it further incorporates a computer unit (2) for controlling the radio functions. The device forms a radio component capable of being controlled on the basis of the intended applications.
