DEVICE DETERMINING PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF LEATHER

摘要

FIELD: nondestructive tests of physical and mechanical properties of leather. SUBSTANCE: tested sample is exposed to vibration loads and physical and mechanical properties of it are determined by readings of vibration transmitter. Device determining physical and mechanical properties of leather has vibration transmitter made of mobile rod and power coil anchored on it, permanent magnet, magnetic suspension system, measurement coil and metal plate. It also includes power indenter attached to lower end of mobile rod and fabricated in the form of permanent magnet of cylindrical shape and reference indenter fabricated in the form of permanent magnet of cylindrical shape installed uniaxially to first indenter on upper part of axle. Axle is mounted for vertical movement relative to guiding sleeve and is made fast to metal plate. Metal plate has round hole whose diameter equals that of holes made in center of base of body of vibration transmitter and guiding sleeve. EFFECT: determination of physical and mechanical properties of elastic materials with tension/compression under automatic condition. 3 dwg
