PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction by informing rapidly of low voltage detection when a power supply amount is reduced and to confirm a battery exchange period. SOLUTION: A processor 33 of a control section 30 transmits immediately a low voltage notice to an audible notice section 38 and a visual display section 6 when a low voltage detection circuit 18 detects a low voltage, transmits a low voltage ringing tone transmission request to the audible notice section 38 in the case of receiving a call request during detection of a low voltage, in the case that the audible notice section 38 receives a notice of low voltage detection, an SP 22 sends a prescribed low voltage detection ringing tone and in the case of receiving a prescribed low voltage ringing tone transmission request, the SP 22 sends a prescribed low voltage ringing tone, and the visual display section 6 receives a notice of low voltage detection and displays prescribed visual information on its liquid crystal display device. Furthermore, a low voltage timer 35 measures elapsed time after the detection of a low voltage and a ringing tone control circuit 36 allows the SP to send a ringing tone varied based on notice setting data decided in advance corresponding to the elapsed time. |
