The bumper screen (1) on the under side is provided with fixture devices (3) on a bar (5) on the towing hook (7) of a vehicle (9). On the upper side, the bumper screen locates with a contact part (11) against the bodywork (13) of the vehicle (9). It incorporates a screen plate (15), with which a part of the bumper (17) of the vehicle near the towing hook is screened against a collision with a coupling bar of a trailer vehicle during coupling and uncoupling of a trailer.
