PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an information system suitable for carrying information prepared by a user. SOLUTION: An information storage part 11 stores information sent from a user terminal 20 and an information system 30, an information analysis means 12 extracts an attribute (for instance, keyword) to be a feature from the sent information and stores it in an attribute storage part 13, and a sending destination decision means 14 selects information matched with the interest of a user by using the attribute of the information stored in the attribute storage part and stores the selected result in a sending destination storage part 15. An information sending means 17 sends information recommended to the user stored in the sending destination storage part 15 to the information system 30 and the user terminal 20 while referring to a procedure and a format for registering the information in the information system stored in a sending system storage part 16. |
