摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive coating with a high contact strength and a good dimensional arruracy on the surface of a porous R-Fe-B bonded magnet, where a plating solution and a cleaning solution are prevented from penetrating and remaining. SOLUTION: By subjecting a R-Fe-B bonded magnet to barrel abrasion through dry method using a mixture of an abrasive and a vegetable medium, abrasive powder, inorganic powder and abrasion scraps can be fixed and sealed in a hole part of the R-Fe-B bonded magnet with oil and fat of the vegetable medium, and at the same time, surface smoothing processing can be carried out for modification. Moreover, By subjecting the R-Fe-B bonded magnet to barrel abrasion by a dry method using metal pieces of unfixed shapes such as sphere, block, or needle (wire) having predetermined dimensions, that is, Fe, Ni, Co, Cr and alloy thereof, and then applying under pressures the crushed metal fine pieces to a resin surface and a sealing hole part on the surface of the bonded magnet, and furthermore applying the metal fine pieces to the magnetic powder surface, a metal coating film is formed on the surface of the R-Fe-B bonded magnet, thus enabling imparting of high conductivity.
