PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient job processing and to easily and accurately recognize the relation of respective files with each other. SOLUTION: In this work flow system, a prescribed job processing is executed while circulating electronized files among plural persons in charge through a network 5. In this case, it is provided with storage means 1 and 2 for storing a folder composed by gathering the electronized filed into one corresponding to a prescribed classification method and a circulation control means (422) for performing control so as to transfer the folder stored in the storage means 1 and 2 through the network 5 to plural computer terminals 3-1, 3-2,...3-n in an order and to circulate it to the plural persons in charge. Then, an annotation sentence prepared at the time of transferring the file for obtaining approval is simplified to absolute minimum and the efficient job processing is performed. |
