PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver of a running vehicle to see a runner from any approaching angle by making light of a light source incident on a member forming a self-supporting type light conductive medium at an arbitrary angle. SOLUTION: A belt is made of a back side strip made of a slender, opaque, and light-reflecting material, and a slender and translucent front side strip made of a material which transmits light and allows others to see through, and in a tube, namely, in a case, formed of these strips, a transmission device 15 including one or more slender members 16 of transparent thermoplastic materials is arranged. In order to be a light transmission source for the members 16, plural light emitted diodes 17 are arranged between both ends of the members 16 extending in the axial direction and within the belt. Conductive fabric bands 18, 19 are arranged in parallel with this rod. The members 16, the light emitted diodes 17, the bands 18, 19 are arranged between the strips and the outer edges of the strips are sewn up, and are thus positioned between the slender strips. |
