PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the increase of only specific reactions without increasing non-specific reactions as much as possible by containing a nonionic surface active agent having a disaccharide chain at a hydrophilic part. SOLUTION: By adding a nonionic surface active agent having a disaccharide chain at a hydrophilic part to a reagent for immunoagglutination test, it is possible to suppress non-specific reactions and to increase specific reactions. Further, the reagent for immunoagglutination test can be constituted of two liquids of a reagent containing an insoluble carrier that an antibody or antigen to an object to be measured is sensitized and an aqueous solvent containing a nonionic surface active agent having a disaccharide chain at a hydrophilic part. There are n-dodecyl-β-D-maltoside in Formula I, n-nonyl-β-D-thiomaltoside in Formula II, etc., as examples of the nonionic surface active agent having a disaccharide chain at a hydrophilic part. Concentration is 0.01-2.0 w/v%, preferably 0.05-1.0 w/v% for use.
