摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enables a light intensity transducing element and an optical device using such a light intensity transducing element to emit light by transforming light intensity distribution with simple configuration and a thin type. SOLUTION: This element 10 has a body 14 having a 1st center axis line 12, a curved surface 16 extending in a lateral direction to the center axis line 12, a 2nd curved surface 18 extending in the lateral direction to this center axis line 12, and a contour side 20 extending between the 1st curved surface 16 and the 2nd curved surface 18. Here, it is arranged so that the incident light from the first curved surface 16 is made to diverge in a part of an area in a body 14, converge in other areas in a body 14, and is emitted from the 2nd curved surface light intensity distribution different from the light intensity distribution of the incident light by the refraction of the incident light at the time of being made incident on the body 14 from the 1st curved surface 16.
