PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and also to reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: This device possesses a correction lens to suppress image blurring, a holding frame 41 holding the correction lens, a driving means held by the holding frame and moving the correction lens and a wiring means 54 held by a fixed member 40 and the holding frame and consisting of an elastic member to supply the driving means with electric power. In this case, the wiring means is arranged so that repulsion caused by elasticity is exerted in a direction nearly opposite to the direction of gravity exerted to an image blurring correcting device in the normal use state of the image blurring correcting device. |
