METHOD FOR SECURING INFORMATION TRANSMISSION VIA OPEN COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure information communication via an open network. SOLUTION: Information data selectively transmitted from a transmitting unit 6 to plural specified receiving units 7 are encoded before transmission by using an error detection code that surely recovers information at the time of receiving in order to establish secure communication through a channel of a communication network among specified communication units 4A to 4C. The error detection code which is utilized to encode information is enciphered by using an enciphering key that is defined by applying a time-dependene fluctuation rule for the purpose of security. Or, an error detection code that is utilized for information transmission can be selected by applying the time-dependent fluctuation rule.
